Whole lotta Hancock going on

spectaculartrim Uncategorized

For the past couple months, we have been giving custom touches to a home in Hancock Park. So far most of the work has been ceiling work, but now that the ceilings are largely complete the work is focused on the walls, windows and doors. And while that project is in process ironically we are doing a full trim package for another Hancock Park home.

The second home is using Colonial Revival trim elements from Windsor One. What’s nice about working with Windsor One trim is that the material is very smooth and consistent because it is primered at the factory.

The Hancock Park area is one of my favorites because it has so many stately traditional homes, and restoring them to their former glory is something I love to do.

Update: Trimwork is almost finished. Floors are being sanded and stained and we will be back to finish up shortly.
